Second Annual Shareholder Meeting
Overview
We're going to play softball.
(Yes, this is also the birthday of Mike Merrill, but no matter what anyone says this is not a birthday party, it's a shareholder meeting.)

Note: This meeting is open to both current and prospective shareholders.
Equipment
This meeting will consist almost entirely of playing softball. Please dress accordingly. Ball and bat will be provided. Bring your own glove if you have one, but you can also share with someone. And bring a little liquid refreshment.
