First Annual Shareholder Meeting
Overview
To convene the 2008 Regular Shareholders' Meeting of KmikeyM (the "Meeting").
(Yes, this is also my birthday, but no matter what Willow says this is not a birthday party, it's a shareholder meeting!)

- Meeting Time: 3:00pm, May 17th, 2008
- Meeting Venue: Peninsula Park (softball fields)
- Play Softball
- Eat Burritos
Note: This meeting is open to both current and prospective shareholders. Please bring $5 for burritos (we'll make a burrito-run after the game.
Equipment
This meeting will consist almost entirely of playing softball. Please dress accordingly. Ball and bat will be provided. Bring your own glove if you have one, but you can also share with someone. And bring a little liquid refreshment.
